CA Anirudha S. Ambekar
    Anirudha Ambekar is one of the managing partners of the firm. He is a Fellow member of ICAI and has experience of over twenty nine years in public accounting and taxation. He has exposure to corporate working through assignments in the nature of internal audits, setting up of controls and procedures, Budgeting and MIS reporting. His specialization includes business process outsourcing for various multi national companies.
    He is well versed in handling of income tax and GST matters for various corporate, partnerships and individuals.
    Before setting up the firm he was employed with AF Ferguson & Co. as Audit Manager for nearly two years, where he was involved in statutory audits and tax audits of MNC's.
    He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at first attempt and stood 39th in All India Merit List of ICAI. He has passed the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) examination, conducted by Information System Audit & Control Association (ISACA), Illinois, USA in June 2001.

    Harshad Kshirsagar is one of the managing partners of the firm. He is a Fellow member of ICAI and has experience of over nineteen years in public accounting and taxation. His area of practice includes financial statements audits, taxation of corporate, individual and partnership clients. His specialization includes outsourcing of accounts process as well as payroll process for various multinational companies.
    He is also well versed in handling of income tax matters for various corporate, partnerships and individuals.
    He is managing the entire office and providing vision & support to staff and also liaising with the clients.
